My Story
Every leader will face a time that challenges their beliefs about purpose, pain, and calling.
For me, that season arrived in the “fire” when family life collided with a growing business. The hard experiences that test all of us struck at my core.
When leadership began pressing against my quiet struggles at home and in my heart, I found it difficult to cope. Sometimes, I looked calm on the outside. Inside, though, I felt like things were falling apart.
I was leading many growing organizations, loving my family, and trying to stay true to what I believed God called me to do. But in the process, I realized that success in public means little if you’re crumbling in private.
That was my crucible, the season when faith became more than a statement and family became more than a value I preached. It was when I realized that God often sharpens our purpose through challenges, not comfort.
The Crucible Principle was born from that realization. It’s a story about facing the fire when leadership, faith, and family are all tested at once. In those flames, something stronger, purer, and truer can be forged.
If you’re standing in the heat right now, wondering if you can withstand it, I want you to know you’re not alone. The fire doesn’t mean you’re finished. It means you are being refined.
